Current1. Responsible for allocating the manpower, materials, tools andmachinery needed to achieve the required results.2. Establish interim targets to achieve a given deadline.3. Following up with the technical team to ensure that the submittedmaterial inline with specifications and shop drawings are inlinewith the IFC drawings.4. Responsible for monitoring the actual progress to make sure it’s inline with the baseline program and the target provided by theplanning department.5. Responsible for Ensuring that all work done at site is as per theissued for construction drawings.6. Responsible for Ensuring the quality of work at site.7. Responsible for Ensuring that all personnel at our team arefollowing the relevant safety measures as per the company HSEmanuals and relevant local and international standards.
