As Einstein once said, "If you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid." Throughout my undergraduate years, I constantly searched for my true passion. I started in engineering but eventually found myself in multimedia communication. Quite the change, right? But for me, it felt natural.I grew up with a heart fond of three things: math, music, and Lego. When time came to choose my major, I assumed engineering was the perfect fit. And it was—at least until I completed my math courses. I soon realized that engineering wasn’t where I belonged, so I decided to minor in math and switch to a different major. During this period, I even developed my own formula, inspired by a pattern I noticed while analyzing a Taylor series.At the same time, I was progressing in music and wanted to build on that passion, so I chose to minor in performance and major in multimedia communication—an area where I could apply my creativity. Since then, I've discovered my true calling in marketing and advertising.Throughout my degree, I worked with various clients through class projects, creating advertisements and PSAs. My sensitive ear helped me produce high-quality content with seamless audio editing, which gained recognition both from clients and my university. This experience proved invaluable during internships.Some of my most memorable moments from these internships include presenting five solution proposals that were used in client meetings, leading the review and refinement of marketing materials, enhancing content quality and accuracy, and contributing to impactful marketing campaigns for international audiences, earning recognition from the CEO.So, let’s go back to the beginning. You might have a unique set of skills that seem out of place in some fields but incredibly useful in others.
