Talent Acquisition Manager
Current· Conduct intake meetings and create a hiring process with each individual hiring manager that meets both their needs as well as best practices for recruiting and staffing · Recruit, screen, evaluate and present qualified and available candidates to meet hiring needs of clients in an efficient timeframe· Communicate and execute on sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies· Develop internet recruitment advertising plans and budgets to meet client needs· Collaborate with HR to expand and work with different departments· Establish repeat hiring manager relationships while building rapport with entry level to executive candidates and all levels of the client's hiring process.· Demonstrate use of professional judgment and critical thinking skills by identifying potential issues and discussing possible resolutions regarding various client needs· Analyze and report on recruiting metrics; develop plans to ensure service level agreements and productivity targets are met· Develop and present quarterly reports to each client to include: hiring outcomes, turnover, employee demographic shifts, labor market changes, results of recruitment strategy and recommendations for countermeasures· Developed low-cost recruiting techniques to save advertising spend and fully staff department vacancies· Managing the full life cycle recruiting in high volume environment for both hourly and salaried positions
