1. Review site inquiries, specifications, and engineering data and make recommendations on materials (NSN Product) and services. 2. • Conceptualize, design and implement MIS reports as required by management information needs.• Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, distribution means, pricing, and contractual obligations.• Ensures that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes, including planning the transportation route and payload, selecting the mode of transportation, tendering the order for transportation, and tracking the shipment from pick up through delivery all the while targeting cost reduction, freight savings, service and contractual requirements• Commissioning the total NSN flexiBTS and HUAWEI 3900.• Responsible for overlooking directly into the design & daily operational issue in sub-regions under manager's • Supervision to facilitate the rollout.• Provide installation solution as necessary.• Continuously looking for initiatives to improve operations procedure & service standards• Responsible for NSN flexiBTS , HUAWEI BTS SWAP and implementation.• Responsible all the total reporting directly to the PM and Technical director.• Installation and commissioning the total sites with checking the total alarm configuration.• Existing BTS total dismantle with corresponding the ROBI and NSN.• Taking before and after VSWR data with confirming NSN TI. And VSWR limit (1.00-1.40).• Understand requirements, design formats, deploy formats, follow up with Business Development Team, Client Services Department and Quality team and validate data.

• Day by day operation and maintenance of BTS and microwave link.• Fault identification & rectification of SIEMENS, HUAWEI and Ericsson BTS.• Fault identification & rectification of SIEMENS & NEC Link.• Fault identification & rectification of SHAFT, ELTEK and EMERSON rectifier.• Supervise Preventive maintenance of BTS, MW link, Power section including Generator.• Coordinate Corrective Maintenance Teams according to Trouble Ticket (TT).• Replacing faulty cards/module, on-site reset of BTS, MW link or any module.• Manage proper time line; meet all the time required by superior and client. • Micro manages the site time to time.• Lead & Coordinate verbal support to teams according to TT significance.• Ensure the entire document and updates are according to visit and TT schedule.• Preventive Maintenance (PM) status and check list verification and trouble analysis. • Inventory of material from client and DETEC in accordance.• To remain in on-call duty round the clock and attend all the Critical Corrective• Maintenance TTs issued by Banglalink.• Boost up technical skill of subordinate.• Monthly Site Performance report prepares.• Submit instant fault analysis report (TT update) and weekly summary sheets to the concerns.
