Got selected in an open vacancy and recruitment process for the position of Regional HSEQ Director where internal and external candidates were assessed which provided an opportunity to work closely in a team of highly professional Top Management . My role lasted for 14 months which provided me a deep insight and overview of Strategic Planning, Business Control and professional approach to critical analysis of performance.
