Job description-- Perform visual inspection.- Report and document internal & external Non-Conformances- Perform field inspections and quality assurance of construction projects- Provide daily construction reports and maintain up-to-date files of all construction documents- Attend and participate in project meetings to keep Project Manager apprised of project progress, status, quality and schedule- Identify and evaluate potential new observed hazards and implement controls as project's scope of work changes

Roles & Responsibilities- Evaluating and revising drafted dimensions as needed.- Incharge for Engineering, technical assistance, and supervision of HVAC activities at site.- Processing design change requests in coordination with consultants.- Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ) of Materials for projects.- Prepare purchased requisition as per the requirement, and also follow-up the material beingordered and its timely delivery on site.- Supervise/Continuously monitor and coordinate with the subcontractor and site foreman for theproper implementation of the work & standards in a best and economical way.- Selection of indoor and outdoor units (VRV/VRF)

COMPANY - SV INFRATECH ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITEDSITE - YADADRI THERMAL POWER STATION (5X800 mw).CLIENT - BHELDESIGNATION - QA/QC ENGINEERJob Description-• Proper implementation of approved WPS before, During and after welding, check and all the welding parameters are within the ranges specified in WPS • Conduct welder qualification test and prepare welder qualification records • Attending repairs if need to attended. • Visual inspection of joint fit-up, Bevel angle, Root gap clearance by using proper gage Visual inspection of welded joints and offer for NDT activities.• Perform Hardness test.• Preparation of inspection reports and approval from client. Monitor consumable handling and storage. • Updating construction manager about status of activities as per work plan Ensure all the inspections are carried out as per approved Contract Quality plan Ensure welding are properly reported and recorded as per established procedure. • Preparation of status of the process and welder performance record. • To witness NDE techniques such as penetrant testing, Magnetic Particle Testing. Ultrasonic Testing as mentioned in the ITP. • To witness Welder Qualification Test and examine the specimen visually and also through Destructive and Non Destructive Testing • To verify QA/QC reports such as fit-up, welding, painting, galvanizing etc. depending on the client and project. • To sigh all the respective reports and suggest any corrections if required. • Maintaining the work by all safety standards given by BHEL.

Job Responsibilities : Conduct quality inspection at site locations in accordance with the Project's quality culture.• Report daily all welding activities in a timely manner.• Ensure contractor welders are aware of relevant, up to date codes, standards, specifications anddrawings.• Interface with the Quality manager, construction engineer, and other inspectors in a professionalmanner.• Approve a work Supplier / Contractor has been by attending inspection / test or reviewingdocuments.• Oversee inspection of mechanical equipment, piping, structure and welding activities conducted atconstruction sites.• Ensure storage and handling of welding consumables is per manufacturer's recommendations /specifications and has a certification.• Verify that equipment is preserved per the supplier's recommendation and the approvedpreservation procedures.• Witness / Participate material Receiving Inspection at construction site to identify damage ordeficiency with Contractors.• Verify rogue and counterfeit items during inspection or surveillance and immediately reportQuality Manager if any.• Perform NDT inspection on the new welding constructions, maintained all the necessarypaperwork for the NDT and the Qualification required for performing it.
