My journey into the world of IT and cloud technology began with a fascination for problem-solving and a drive to make systems more efficient. Armed with a Bachelor’s in Computer Applications, I dove into IT support, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity with an eagerness to explore, learn, and innovate. 🚀I started my career as a Web Application Penetration Tester, where I immersed myself in the world of ethical hacking and cybersecurity. Here, I honed my skills in identifying web application vulnerabilities using tools like Kali Linux and Burp Suite. Working alongside senior testers, I contributed to complex projects, gaining hands-on experience in penetration testing and cyber threat mitigation. This early exposure to cybersecurity solidified my technical foundation and taught me the importance of proactive system security.As a system support engineer at Al Rafraf, my focus shifted to enhancing operational efficiency through technical support. I managed everything from installing and configuring operating systems to diagnosing and resolving application performance issues. It was during this time that I developed a passion for IT project management and workflow optimization, laying the groundwork for my expertise in ERP and CRM systems.Today, as an IT Specialist at Nawami Agricultural Company in Riyadh, I lead key cloud migration projects and oversee Active Directory environments, cloud deployments, and Office 365 administration. One of my proudest accomplishments has been spearheading the migration of local server infrastructure to cloud-based solutions, significantly boosting scalability and reducing operational costs. I am managing everything from group policy enforcement to user account management, ensuring secure access control across the organization. Additionally, I provide comprehensive technical support to ensure high user satisfaction & minimal downtime.Throughout my career, I have always prioritized continuous learning and upskilling. From earning a Diploma in Cyber Security to obtaining certifications in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Office 365 Administration, and AI for IT Operations, I strive to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving IT landscape. My technical proficiency extends to programming with SQL and Python, cloud infrastructure management, ERP applications, and project planning. I’m passionate about leveraging technology to create secure & efficient IT environments.
