Quality Assurance Officer
Current• To monitor the systems to ensure the implementation of cGMP in every aspect of routine manufacturing operation and ensure fulfillment of regulatory requirements. • To identify problems and positive actions for error cause elimination. • To communicate every aspect relating to Quality to all relevant persons for early positive action. • To collect completed BPR from the production floor, check the completeness and compilation of the same. • To issue BMR and BPR as per the requirement of production activity. • To ensure all materials to be used in production have labeled properly and check the Batch Documents in every step during operation. • To ensure smooth functioning of IPQC equipment, their timely calibration, servicing, and maintenance correspondence with the supplier (if necessary), and maintain the records. To raise requisition for new instruments/items to be used in different IPQC rooms. • To make entries of data (Critical In process & finished product Results Report) in the PQR record file for each product. • Co-operate in preparing the monthly Non-conformance and Quality Report for QA departments by providing data.
