I always had an interest in Psychology, and wanted a career within the field that had practical applicability, which is what led me to pursue a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I see the importance of how business can implement methods to improve employee job satisfaction.I am currently looking for employment that will provide insight with how to employ methods to reduce turn-over and increase job satisfaction.
