Lecturer/Cluster Head:• Delivering lectures at Post-graduate, graduate and undergraduate levels in areas allocated and reviewed by the Chairperson and reviewed from time to time.• Carrying out researches and produce publications, or other research outputs, in line with personal objectives agreed in the Staff review process.• Aligning faculty members and controlling semester coverage of the Supply chain cluster according to the formalities of the Higher Education Comission.• Aligning academic curriculum context and structure with current industrial supply chain practices and supplementing course deliverances with compatible developments.• Supervising undergraduates, graduates and post-graduate (MPhil/PhD) students during their research tenure.• Contributing to the development, planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum.• Assisting in the development of learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and absenteeism.• Participating in departmental and faculty seminars aimed for sharing research outcomes and building interdisciplinary collaboration within and outside the department.• Participating in direction, marking of exams and other assessments.Other Responsibilities/Research supervisor:• Develop comprehensive reports on ongoing programs and submit summary reports to management each month.• Suggesting and verifying expert proposals for improving and developing post-graduate and graduate curriculums to align the context according to currently accepted industrial standards and viable innovative initiatives.• Serve as a principal liaison between students, faculty, and staff, other departments, and/or external constituencies on day-to-day programmatic, operational, and administrative issues; facilitates seminars, meetings, special projects, and problem resolution.• Provide administrative support in the development, implementation, and marketing of program/project function.

QSHE Responsibilities:-Monitor and control SOP conduct and decorum in the warehouse premises and compound area pertaining to DHL jurisdiction,-Conduct daily site tour for observation recording and deviation reporting,-Monitor documentation pertaining to all operations in the warehouse,-Monitoring and generating daily environmental reports pertaining to temperature control in the warehouse,-Training new employees regarding Operational SOPs and HSE SOPs, maintenance of training records, conducting sessions regarding changes in SOPs or periodic refreshers,-Monitoring damages and conduction of root cause analysis for investigation,-Maintenance of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) records as part of deviation management,-Investigations of incidents and write ups of incident reports for CAPA records,-Involvement in SOP development and alteration of previous SOPs as per the directives of Senior QSHE management,-Reporting operations and deviations to HQ as compliance requirement,-Participation and conduction of internal audits and facilitation in external audits.
