Legal Consultant/ Advisor - Chairman of the Board of CommissionersProvide Legal Advice to the Board of Commissioners and attend its meetings.- Assisting Directors in implementing the firm’s visions, plans, and strategies as a whole.- involved in drafting and reviewing agreements, producing technically accurate qualitystandard work, drafting technically correct opinions and reviewing the reports.- Maintaining the organization’s legal files and ensuring that the working practices are inaccordance with its policies and regulations.- Conducting their own cases and assisting other employees and partners in negotiatingterms, representing and advising their clients- Developing strategies to match and beat the competition and providing the quality ofservice that clients require- Supervise the activities of the JAEC, and exercise the duties and powers in accordance withthe laws, regulations, instructions, and directives of the head of the higher management- Study all international and regional treaties and agreements.- Setting the Legal JAEC’s goals in coordination with the department’s objectives and theoperational time plans to achieve those goals and follow up their implementation.- Supervising the development and implementation of plans and activities aimed at raisingthe efficiency of achievement in JAEC, including the development of methods and workmethods.- Evaluating the JAEC’s achievements, identifying the obstacles that prevent the achievementof goals and how to overcome them, and preparing achievement reports for officials.- Give the legal opinion in all cases and cases received from the various governmentaldepartments and institutions, including cases transferred from the various directorates of theauthority.- Express the legal opinion in all international treaties and agreements.- Submit proposals aimed at developing and updating the legislation related to the work ofthe JAEC by conducting relevant studies.

Director of Legal Affairs Directorate- Provide legal representation to the Commission, support the work of the Organization andmanage the full range of legal strategies and responsibilities.- Set the strategy and goals for the Legal team in alignment with the larger organizational goals.- Develop and provide training on legal issues, processes and policies to multi-level audiencesin all departments in Country Offices and Global Offices.- Develop and manage the legal department budget.- Give the legal opinion in all cases and cases received from the various governmentaldepartments and institutions, including cases transferred from the various directorates of theCommsiion.- Express the legal opinion in all international treaties and agreements.- Submit proposals aimed at developing and updating the legislation related to the work of theJAEC by conducting relevant studies.- Participate in any efforts aimed at updating the authority’s regulations and any otherregulations or legislation related to the Commission.- Respond to inquiries related to the Authority’s provisions and regulations in effect and theinstructions issued pursuant to it, and provides legal advice on matters related to theCommission.
