- Responsible for Housekeeping and site cleaning operation of a project.- Ensure quality housekeeping standards, BICSc color-coding/ & Supervise the Housekeeping workforce.- Complete and maintain all records, and establish control and performance checks necessary to quality accomplishments and tasks pertaining to the project.- Take inventories and set controls of linen, room supplies, cleaning material/tools types of equipment.- Handle maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and follow up with corrective measures.- Recommend and identify purchase of chemicals, linen, porcelain/chinaware, silverware, glass/crystal and- cleaning equipment for areas under the responsibility.- Recommend partial or complete renovation as and when necessary.- Ensure standards of dining rooms set-ups, furniture arrangements in dining rooms, saloons,s, and similar places.- Perform fabric/fiber identification tests when required.- Coordinate interior decoration activities, Ensure safety and security standards.- Complete personnel appraisals for staff and recommend promotions.- Fill out attendance report for staff for submission to payroll section.- Work closely with technical staff for implementation of maintenance needs.- Conduct periodic meetings with staff for smooth work performance.- Perform all other duties as may be assigned by his Supervisor.
