Key Responsibilities:• Helping to set sales goals for team members and monitoring their progress, making improvements or adjustments when needed• Analyze performance of sales officer and Brand promoters • Visiting Super stores to check product availability.• Communication and maintaining good relationship with outlet managers• Communicate with Head of purchase of all super stores • Recruit Nee Brand Promoters • Delivering reports on sales goals, targets, and additional sales insights
