Evaluated two projects i.e. (GCP/AFG/071/JPN and GCP/AFG/077/JPN) to improve irrigation systems in Kabul, Bamyan and Kapisa Provinces in Afghanistan working as International Irrigation and water management expert. It assessed FAO’s contribution to improved, reliable and equitable distribution of irrigation water to increase agricultural productivity in the provinces. It provided lessons for decisions by the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and its key international counterparts on the formulation of future or follow-up interventions in Afghanistan.Worked as National Agricultural, Natural Resources and Rural Infrastructures Evaluation Specialist as part of a team of ADB staff members and consultants responsible to evaluate ADB Country Assistance Program for Pakistan namely TA-8134 REG: Selected Evaluation Studies for 2012, Phase 1 - CAPE Pakistan.
