Study and review the schedule for the project for concrete items and study duration required for execution.3. Make detailed schedule and execution plane regarding to main project schedule and determine needs from manpower and material.4. Review and approval of the materials quantities and requests for materials after approval by the Department of Materials Department to ensure the need to work to them.5. Conduct periodic inspection visits to projects to ensure the proper functioning of the work and to identify the problems facing the execution processes.6. Follow up the technical problems facing the management projects and to find appropriate solutions.7.
