Lead the NE region teams to perform day-to-day operational activities and fault rectification in networks.Perform periodic reporting on the daily and weekly implementation progress.Follows up and reports the work progress related to site implementation and quality to Roll out Manager and Field Development Manager and escalates the deviations.Follows up service supplier performance and report to Roll out Manager and Field Development Manager.Plan and conduct Pre-PAT and FAT for IBS new sites and handover sites.Provide guidance and training for subcontractors to ensure the full understanding and the adhere of vendor standards/ requirements.Pre-PAT site quality check including Testing and antennas layout and As Built BOQ verification.Handle PAT with customer representative and prepare the acceptance report.Handle Operations PAT and follow up on snags rectification in coordination with site engineer and subcon to make sure pending snags will be closed.Looking after all the monthly revenues and documentation.WCC and PCC submission and securing vendor approval for final payment.IBS DAS Implementation and Handover of 100 sites.
