Job Responsibilities:• Responsible for the entire MEP system maintenance in the Healthcare, which includes specialized systems, integrated with the Medical and the Hyperbaric Systems.• Preparing the Annual Planned Preventive Maintenance schedule for all the systems in the clinic as per the Manufacturer guidelines and operations and maintenance manuals. • Preparing suggestions for the client’s approval for innovative ideas to help improve the systems efficiency.• Study of all the systems design criteria to fully understand their integration with other systems and to continuously monitor for improvements. • Directing the MEP team with the regular day-to-day tasks as per the breakdowns received in the CAFM, Oracle and FS Portal systems.• Training the MEP team with the Method statement and risk assessments for the critical jobs.• Conducting Toolbox Talks as per the HSE requirements in the THE BRAIN & PERFORMANCE CENTRE. • Auditing the clinic and the team & external contractors for any HSE failures. • Reviewing the Method statements and the Risk assessments for all external contractors – IMDAAD and THE BRAIN & PERFORMANCE CENTRE.

Having wide experiencefor copper brazing scope of works.* Supervision and delivery of SSM (Special System Maintenance) such as UPS system, DC Plantsystem, Generator, Electrical systems MDB, SMDB, EOS or DB, Firefighting system, Fire alarmssystem, Irrigation, Water features, and other building services within Etisalat Data Center ANDExchange Building.* Handles customer complaints or issues and ensure that it is attended and resolved in efficient way.* Testing & Commissioning of HVAC Systems, LV Panels, UPS, DC Plant, Booster Pumps & Etc.
