 Debug the failures in the E-files and business environments Debug the import/export transactions of the E-files and system environments Communicate and follow-up with supplier and other departments in case of failure in E-file and system environment Keep log of cases updated, register actions taken on the system, and recommend preventive measures to enhance the data quality Validate and schedule the import of the electronic sales and receive data on daily basis Provide stores with needed electronic data and support to ensure proper reception of goods and to conduct efficient cycle counts

 Supervise and follow up on stores cycle count to ensure accuracy.  Share with other managers the responsibilities of opening\closing the shop Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures Make sure the working hours are aligned with the budgeted hours and trend Make sure the shop in general and my section more specifically coordination meets the request of the supplier and Azadea standards Greet customer and ensure they are served by the staff in timely manner Monitor stock level and supervise daily replanishment to ensure the availability of the items and sizes Motivate, train and support the development of the staff
