I, Mohammad Towhidul Islam, am an organized and punctual Environmental Science student passionate about enriching my skills and broadening my knowledge through hard work and dedication. As a Teaching Assistant (TA) at North South University since 2022, I have assisted faculties with classroom instruction, grading, assignments, proctoring, and arranging field trips for over 100 students. I also support students with their study materials. As a Research Lab Member, I have collaborated with various professors on over 20 research articles, analyzing data using RStudio and MS Excel. I am an active member of the Aerosol Lab, conducting research on air quality issues globally and in Bangladesh. In the Department of Environmental Science and Management (ESM) at North South University, I have led multiple projects and surveys under the guidance of Dr. Saiful Momen, the department chairman.My publication on "The Sources of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH) in Road Dust and Their Potential Hazard" is featured in the MDPI Sustainability Journal (Impact Factor-3.9). I am also a co-author of an article with ESM Professor Dr. Firoz Khan in the same journal. I have been invited to attend the Atmospheric Environmental Remote Sensing Society (AERSS) Annual Meeting in China and am a gold medal recipient of the School Level Math Olympiad. Additionally, I am an active member of the NSU Earth Club (NSUEC), organizing environmental events, workshops, and support campaigns.I am committed to contributing to sustainable environmental solutions and advancing my expertise in the field.
