Responsible to implement the Social Compliance requirements which are not limited to Accord, WRAP, Sedex, BSCI and update the internal mapping to develop the factory all social compliance requirements. Develop company policy and procedure for smooth administrative operation. Manpower planning, development and utilization

Dhaka

Prepare and conduct workshops for management representatives and workers aiming at upgrading their skills and knowledge on Corporate Social Responsibility, National Labor Law, buyers code of conduct (BSCI), productivity, energy efficiency and ETP management. Manufactures factory visits with the aim to support and assist them to achieve social compliance standard. Conduct training at factory to the workers on occupational safety and health, welfare facilities, right and responsibility to develop a decent workplace. Preparing quarterly and half-yearly report on project activities.

Dhaka

Social Compliance audit, monitoring and regular follow-up to ensure proper implementation of buyer Code of Conduct as well as National Labor Law in the supplier factories. Monitoring the workers’ training activities to make sure that the training has been conducted according to the plan and evaluating the training whether the training methodology is effective to achieve the goal.

Chittagong

Ensuring the social compliance standards according to labour law and buyers’ code of conduct. Regular follow-up of corrective action plan. Prepare training plan and make sur that training has been conducted according to the plan. Other activities as required.

Dhaka, Bangladesh

This position is responsible to eliminate the child labor in from Bangladesh ready-made garment industry and place them into school program. Visit the schools and vocational training institutes to monitor the children who were removed from work. The 2nd phase of the project is extended its activities with improving labor relations. Promote ILO Declaration on the Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
