Responsibilities:• Review all inputs and understand project requirements.• Analyze control specifications and sequence of operations.• Create initial review sheets and RFIs.• Independently manage projects throughout their lifecycle and handle first level escalations.• Prepare for and participate in project kickoff and review meetings, addressing technical queries.• Program supervisory and DDC level controllers, prepare test plans, conduct simulations, and deliver commissioning packages.• Ensure quality assurance and defect free delivery of software packages.• Adhere to all processes and guidelines to complete projects within the timeline.• Manage the team, conduct training sessions for team members, and perform quality checks before project delivery.Building Management Systems (BMS):• BMS Platforms: Johnson Controls Metasys.• Controllers: Data Server (ADS, ADX), Control Engines (SNC, SNE), Direct Digital Controller (DDC) (CGM, CGE, CVM, FEC, FAC, IOM), EasyIO FW-Series, EasyIO FS-Series, Facility Explorer Niagara N4 JACE controller.• Software/Tools: Controller Configuration Tool (CCT), System Configuration Tool (SCT), CPT Tool, Niagara N4 Workbench.• Communication Protocols: BACnet, Modbus, N2, LonWorks. • BMS Platforms: Johnson Controls Metasys.

Areas:• Preparing of BOM of the system• Development of electrical Designs and Drawings.• PLC, SCADA and VB based application development.• Commissioning of the various system from SPM to process with PLC, SCADA, HMI and Field Devices.• Report and product data traceability generation• Testing & Commissioning of MCC & PLC Control Panel.• Maintenance and troubleshooting of automation system and Electrical equipment.Responsibilities :• Team Management. • Selection of control system. • Software development for PLC, HMI & SCADA. • Project lifecycle management. • Documentation. (Instruments Index, SOP, IO List, etc.) • Design the automation system/panel. (Eplan/AutoCAD). • Project implementation onsite commissioning of the system. • Process logic development, standardization of software, PLC programming. • Conduct walk-throughs with clients prior to project close, completing punch lists and answering all queries.
