• Coordinate with project manager in all the activities, resources, equipment and information.• Assist the PM in issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.• Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget.• Attend client meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.• Prepared Bill of Materials (BOM) with accurate quantity take-offs, material price lists, labor costs per man-hour, equipment, etc. outlining quantity and pricing of each item.• Creating Turnover binders for the Client for every project.• Receive load lists from production, create shipping release, create as-built drawings from cut sheets, email load information to the QC team, Module Superintendent and Manager.• Auditing the Turnover binders.• Developing a client specific turnover table of contents and pre-building binders for in-process turnover assembly.• Ensuring that the contractor turnover documents are in alignment with the Client requirements and the correct number of copies has been made for turnover purposes.• Confirming that all weld mapping is completed and audited to a very high degree of accuracy.• Receiving QC Complete drawings from QC Inspector(s) and inputting the information into program to create an as-built drawing (i.e., inputting heat numbers, welder ID’s, NDE tests, visual tests, etc.).• Backing up Document Control as needed with receiving, logging, stamping, and processing documents such as cut sheets, piping isometrics, various drawings, LDT’s, RFI’s, project related specs and standards, and purchase orders.
