Operations Strategy, Sourcing & Procurement

Head of Procurement, Facility Management (Estate Portfolio & Services) and Supply Chain (incl. Logistic Center).Member of Operations Management Team, 8 direct reports and management responsibility for ~ 180 FTE's.

Responsibilities (dependent upon project assignment) within Sourcing & Procurement but not limited to:Organisation of the company's sourcing, including the establishment of standard processes for sourcing.Development and establishment of procurement strate-gies and policies, including prioritization and planning of procurement efficiency waves in order to achieve significant cost savings and process improvements.Organizing the purchasing function, including develop-ment and implementation of future purchasing organi-zation - the active sparring partner for business.Establishment of performance management and report-ing of purchases, including operational indicators for the monitoring of realized savings and contract use.Implementation of spend analysis and benchmarking of procurement.Streamline procurement processes, including streamlin-ing of the company's Procure-to-Pay processes.

Overall responsible for purchasing and for the Dyrup group’s supply strategy.Member of Corporate Management and board member in all Dyrup subsidiaries.Responsibility area encompassed the countries where Dyrup had a presence with a factory: Denmark, France, Germany, Poland, Portugal and Spain.

Group Sourcing Eastern Europe (The Baltics, Poland, Russia etc.)

Responsible for Logistics for the group: Stark Denmark, Stark Finland, Beijer Byggmateriel (SE), Neumann Bygg (NO) and Silvan
