Major Projects : Project of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz for Developing the Security Headquarters of the Ministry Of Interior Second Stage (KAP2 Phase “A”)Project 1 : Boarder Guard Institute and Housing Buildings (KAP2-A3)Project 2 : Housing Type 3o Scope of Work :- As a Senior Engineer I’m responsible to Work as principal site consultant on various electrical projects (covers LV system, ELV systems, External Work, Public Lightings, lifts, fire alarms, Low Current Systems, BMS, Lightings, Motor Control Center, etc.) With a comprehensive knowledge and application of current technical engineering codes and practices and taking Hand on in technical matters both project and divisional level. Supervises and control the activities on site assuring compliance with drawings and specs Evaluate contractor’s performance and propose ways for improvement. Insure compliance of contractor to technical specs and quality requirements Provide technical support for junior engineers. Confident in viewing contractors work method of statement and material submittals and making recommendations to the Resident Engineer on compliance to specified requirements. Collect project site activities and information and furnish the Area Manager with necessary information. Study and review the new proposals and Field Change Requests as per site needs Supervise and coordinate the technical interfaces or clarifications between the different disciplines and find solutions for site clashes and conflicts. Recommend solutions for problems and “Technical or Constructions” and define the means of applying them. Implement working schedules and generates site related reports. Review the relevant As-Built drawings and make sure that all site conditions are properly addressed Check and review contractor monthly payments, cumulative and certified quantities as per phase’s breakdown percentages.
