• Duties and Responsibilities:o Lead the O&M (Operations and Maintenance) activities for 3 plots in Banabn Solar Park, ARC Winnerg, and Arinna, with a total capacity of 117 MWp.o Managing the O&M team to achieve the PV plant goals as per the agreement with the plant’s owners.o Make sure to comply with the IFC (International Finance Corporation) and EETC (Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company) standards and requirements.o Monitor the performance of the PV systems.o Make sure the safety of the team, and ensure compliance with the HSE plans and procedures.o Perform an audit on O&M activities.o Follow up with the manufacturers regarding the submitted warranty claim, and make sure not to void the warranty terms.o Manage the availability and inventory of spare parts.o Monitor the working environment, and ensure to solve social problems on time.
