With over 11 years of experience as a program manager at the Institute of Business Administration, I am passionate about designing and implementing effective and innovative solutions for the education sector. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree, with a focus on human resources management and marketing respectively. In my current role, I lead and coordinate multiple projects and programs, ranging from academic curriculum development to student affairs and alumni relations. I apply my skills in process improvement, communication, and presentations to ensure the quality and efficiency of the programs, as well as the satisfaction and engagement of the stakeholders. I have received multiple awards and certifications for my performance and creativity, including the Level - 1 Performance Award from the President of Pakistan in 2015.
