Current To take care and assist in increasing the efficiency & effectiveness of procurement, distribution and documentation for increasing the profitability in a secured way. To procure at the best available price and payment terms sourcing and analyzing the alternatives sources for every purchase whether local or import and at the same timeensuring that the guidelines from the management are taken care and implement in most efficient & effective way. To identify fast moving items, which are procured locally & which have scope for increasing the profitability by direct import. Ensure that local procurement is against particular orders or fast moving items. To ensure that locally procured items are kept in the store at minimum level or as per the requirement and not stuck in the store for long time. To ensure there is proper control on documentation of taking quotation from the suppliers and procurement, delivery, billing and collection. Periodical physical checking of fast moving and high items kept in the store.
