1. Selection of Chilled water & Direct Expansion air-conditioning equipment’s like chillers, air handling units, fan coil units, package units, customized units, condensing units etc using the computer selection program.2.Preparing the price breakdown sheets as per the computer selections & the consultant specifications.3.Coordinating & follow up of the quotation with A/C contractor.4.Preparing the technical submittal & the compliance statement as per the consultant’s specifications.5.Coordinating & assisting the clients for technical queries & clarifications.6.Releasing the job to the production department (factory) after receiving Purchase Order & confirmed payment terms.7.Coordinating & tracking the production of the machines to deliver the units on the agreed delivery dates. 8.Arranging for the deliveries of the units by coordinating with the customer & the dispatch department.9.Providing the test certificates & commissioning reports of the machines.10. Distributing work to DX team.11.Works within approved budget, Develops and implements cost saving measures, Contributes to profits and revenue, Conserves organizational resources.

 Calculating quantity of HVAC, PLUMBING and FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM. Review and Estimate the mechanical cost of the project as per specifications. Sizing of ducts, air outlets and pipes as per flow rate. Calculating approximate capacity of AC Equipment, pumps, tanks as per project condition. Preparing job analysis sheet. Sending enquiries to supplier. Receiving and reviewing all the tender document Taking off actual quantity of material for Job on Hand Project. Variation  Preparing Payment summary
