• Review and update related existing procedure, standards and practices to maintain the pipeline integrity though out their life cycle. • Develop the yearly Intelligent pigging inspection plan. • Produce and ensure execution of the intelligent pigging in – line inspection master plan. • Advise asset owners on line integrity status, issue related recommendations and future action plan/ next inspection date. • Provide technical advice and support to management and business units on pipeline integrity issues. • Support manager and team leader in concluding the department business plan and budget. • Provide support to management in the facilities integrity workshop and performance reviews. • Develop the IP scope of work, evaluate bids, and contract award.• Manage the IP contact execution and ensure work quality, performance, safety and efficiency. Validate the inspection findings, review, assess and evaluate the IP findings.• Plan, Supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives. • Implementation of new tools and techniques to improve quality and efficiency of operational processes.

Work Responsibilities:•Directs and controls the activities of the contracted Diving Support Vessel and Remote Operated Vehicles (ROV) campaigns. •Ensures that Contractors adhere to terms and provisions of contract and evaluates their performance.•Supervises all subsea Inspection, Maintenance and Repair activities for all offshore installations.•Reviews inspection technical reports for offshore structures and subsea pipelines to recommend appropriate, corrective measures/actions in liaison with with work associates and job officer within the division. •Attends to and takes critical decisions during emergency situations.•Assesses technical integrity of the offshore structure and subsea lines ensuring safe-working life/durability of facilities, discusses related critical issues with Operating /Maintenance Authorities and recommends appropriate actions and priorities. •Follows-up implementation of approved recommendations to ensure that all maintenance / repair / modification / replacement activities are carried out accordingly. •Certifies completed works ensuring that related records are updated for forthcoming Inspection, Maintenance and Repair.•Ensures Promoting awareness of safety rules and regulations by personnel and adherence to same. •Participates in HSE audits of contracted companies. Ensures compliance with the Company's HSE policy, procedures and standards.•Keeping up-to-date with the new techniques and technologies in the field of Subsea Inspection, Maintenance and Repair methods.•Ensures all contract aspects of work are carried out to Adma-Opco's satisfaction by utilizing the contractor equipment & vessel's maximum Capabilities to fulfill ADMA job requirements.•Ensures that contractors and operating vessels are complying with ADMA-OPCO HSEMS. •Reports any accidents or incidents took place on board of contractor's vessels.•Cooperates and work closely with all company's job related divisions.
