Superlink is a leading service provider (ISP) located Ismailia governate Egypt that was established in 1998 , superlink provides broadband internet services as well as solutions and consultation for Data/voice/video networks.Responsibilities:* installing and maintaining Superlink's infrastructure networks (Core-distribution-access).*Troubleshooting Cisco router and switches problems as well as monitoring and analys traffic behavior.*Implementing and installing new equipment that added to the Network such as , Layer 3 switches, routers and DSLAMs.*Upgrading network with the required needs according to the company budget with cost effectiveness methods.*Testing new technologies in the company lab before applying to the customer.* Analysis of customers needs and requirements to determine the suitable solution needed.*Analysis of customers LAN/WAN to determine network performance problems.*Analyzed LAN/WAN to determine what were the major problems and improvements needed to be made to the network infrastructure.*Monitor network performance, troubleshooting problems and maintaining networksecurity.
