• Strategically plan and manage logistics & warehouses • continuously Devise ways to optimize procedures for inventory control,issuance of materials,stocking & avoiding shortage of materials• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and efficiency monitoring.• Supervise, coach and train & evaluate the logistics and MWH department workforce• Analyze data and coordinate with project managers to keep stores prepared and to have look-ahead plans for materials and anticipate future needs • Lead MWH and all department staff in complying with policies and procedures of the company such as (HR,QHSE,and integrated Management System -ISO) • Monitoring the work performance and overseeing Main warehouse and Projects stores.• Manage inventory system in warehouse and project stores and prepare quarterly reports forward to Management.• Monitor and review working practices to maximize performance and productivity. & minimize materials quantity discrepancies in the system between (ERP) and actual• Supervise the data entries staff in entering and extracting GRN, inventory issuance forms and coordinate with finance department, cost control department and IT to keep monitoring the projects consumption of materials and budget control.

• Giving all administrations and Logistic support to the HSE team in line with ISO 9001,ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18000 • Provide HSE improvement proposals stating the non-conformance, proposed corrective action, required resources for corrective action and plan of implementation.• Assist HSE Department in maintaining the on-going development, implementation and effectiveness of the department HSE Program.• Assist HSE Trainer in conducting Internal HSE Training for all JTC personnel. • Following up required External HSE Training, processing all documents related to External • insure quality and quantity of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and other safety materials in the Main Warehouse for Project use.• Insure that all HSE Equipments and Machines are calibrated by and contact HSE Mangers to get feedback concerning the machine performance and insure each machine will fulfill the site HSE requirements .• Maintain all department coordination activities for (e.g. ERP, Purchase of Safety Materials, etc.)• Perform administrative duties such as HR transactions and and providing the support to HSE team for all the external coordination with third part certificate provider • Maintain HSE Training statistical safety data and trending up to date.• Create a statistics report and summery for all reports coming from projects for management perusal (weekly basis /Monthly Basis ) .• Research safety topics and / or training opportunities as directed by HSE Manager.

•Responsible for the preparation and processing of payroll for employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct all other special payroll deductions•Responsible for the coordination efforts between human resources, account and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports, e.g. labor overtime, leave balances •Setup each employee, valid programs for each employee's charges, •Monitor submissions of approved timesheets, ensure valid data transfers to/from payroll service•Establish/maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; review changes for proper authorization and adherence to the company policy including compliance with country local regulations•Coordination with concerned staff for Public Relations.
