Ensure vendors are in compliance with applicable regulations.Select vendors and negotiate competitive pricing for logistics services.Attend internal/external meetings and training –if any.Create Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) for Clearance & Transportation.Manage Inbound and Outbound customs clearance process Manage and clear all daily workflow issues. Directly assist and interact with General Manager for all transportation reporting needs. Coordinate assigned customer shipments, resolve problems, and provide solution-based proactive communication meeting company and customer requirements. Identify freight and coordinate delivery in a timely manner to meet customer and company requirements. Ensure maximum efficiency and optimization in moving freight.
