Reporting to Chairman cum Managing Director & Board of Directors.Performing the key role of validating business plans & commercial strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation in line with corporate goals.Overseeing financial & budgetary planning, forecasting, performing cash flow analysis and preparation & analysis of financial statements, budgets, and funds management, conducting variance analysis and building internal financial controls.Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by way of timely preparation of monthly and annual reports ensuring analysing the expenditure on a monthly basis to control expenses.Evaluating the commercial viability of a concessionaire & participating in finalization of contracts with concessionaries and authorize all their bills.Liaising and negotiating with banks for raising fund and non‑fund based facilities to finance working capital requirements from time to time.Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.Coordinating in complete planning & management activities for ensuring completion of internal, statutory, tax audits and tax returns accurately and within time

Reports to CEOEnsure official invoices are issued internally & externally.Accountability of revenues and costs based on the information provided by operations as per fleet, project and profit center.Follow‑up of client’s payments and inform on immediate basis for delays, regular follow up with sales team.Facilitate petty cash for operationEffective control of payments to suppliers as per agreed terms to as to ensure unnecessary building up of creditors.Co‑ordinate with the External auditors for proper & effective reporting of the financial status of the companyResponsible for developing & implementation of internal control procedures for effective accounting & financial management of the company.Nominate / appoint, groom a successor to take charge of all responsibilities during his absence.Ensure adequate insurance cover for the company assets.Banking – Identify and source funds on a timely basis.Ensure payment of salaries to the employees of the company on time.Monitor the cash flow of the company and appraise to the Operations director.Discharge duties of functional discipline as head of accounts & finance management and provide guidance and assistance to all account personnel of the company for retaining, developing their skills.Ensure adequate steps are taken for tax planning and comply with the statutory and legal requirements of the country.Approve and verify the primary documents of vouchers for its authenticity.Implement the policies and guidelines and strategies laid down by the C.E.O to achieve the objectives of the company.

As a Chief Accountant was responsible for the management and coordination of all financial functions in support of business activities.

Develop, monitor, and review accurate and timely financial statement presentationPrepare forecasts, trends, analyses, budgets, and/or variance reportsManage tax, audit, and other compliance related practices and tasks.Oversee the preparation and review of all audit schedules and serve as the primary contact for all audit activities.Establishing Letter of Credits and amendments to the same if anyTo handle different types of Guarantees like Tender Bond, Performance Bond, Advance Payment Bond, Maintenance Bond, Payment Guarantee etc.Preparing monthly LC & Guarantee outstanding reports and maintaining Central LiabilitiesCo‑ordination with suppliers (local & outstation) related to Letter of Credit
