Airport Systems Support Technician
Current• Install, configure, and maintain airport-specific software systems and applications.• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to airport systems, including ticketing kiosks, baggage handling systems, and security equipment.• Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure the smooth operation of airport systems.• Provide technical support to airport staff and vendors for system-related inquiries and issues.• Monitor system performance and conduct routine checks to identify and address potential problems.• Collaborate with other IT teams and external vendors to implement new systems or upgrades.• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides.• Participate in on-call rotations to provide support during emergencies or system outages.
