Providing technical assistance and support to Finance department.The main tasks:1- Technical Support:a) Solving and requesting organization's technical support tickets.b) Communicating with the officials in the organization to resolve the outstanding tickets on a daily basis. 2- Training:a) Monitoring employees training requirements.b) Implementing training plan assigned to the employees.c) Training the Municipality staff on "GRP" system.3- Conduct periodic visits in the departments to monitor the system operation.4- Create explaining pictures helping and reminding the employees how to use a specific functionality.

Dealing with SQL Server (creating databases, functions and stored procedures(queries)). Designing and creating web sites and KPI via ASP.Net C#.Testing and fixing bugs.Uploading project into live server.
