• Works closely with Ministry of Labor in order to help in renewal of work permits and Labor Cards, clearances and legalization of service agreements. In addition, intervening to resolve problems on behalf of the Company in clearing any labor disputes.• Maintains records of documents relating to visas and work permits being processed through the Government departments. • Updates files upon renewal and maintains required documentation and authorization copies. • Also collects government issued information regarding rules and regulations and informs supervisor or Legal Advisor of the nature of such changes and their procedural impact on a regular basis.• Works closely with Ministry of Labor in order to help in renewal of work permits and Labor Cards, clearances and legalization of service agreements. In addition, intervening to resolve problems on behalf of the Company in clearing any labor disputes.• Follows up with Immigration and the Ministry of Interior on residence for families.• Attends Courts for the purposes of attest MOA’s with the power of attorney for the Company. • Manages licenses acquisition for new companies and licence renewal. Attends the judical courts• Prepares and submits application and supporting documents to Government Departments to cancel residence permits of terminated personnel. • Follows established procedures to protect passports and other confidential documents such as identity cards and labor cards due for renewal.• Makes sure all business and trade Licenses are updated, follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.• Accurately prepare and process required legal documents like rent contract attestation in government agencies such as Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department and Municipality.• Manages sizeable petty cash flow• Handles car registrations, insurance policies, and general administration etc.
