QA/QC Engineer at BT Advanced & Operation maintenance

• Monitoring projects & Tasks progress and performance as per schedule and reflect any updates on EPM system.• Follow up weekly with project managers the projects/tasks activities and deliverable as per scheduled and provide projects and tasks status report to DMBT and sponsor.• Sets up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication.• Produces consolidated reporting to the Project Board, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, deliverable.• Manages the Project documentations (Project charter - change request – communication plan – project closure).• Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.• Managing and leading the projects and tasks team.• Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in projects and tasks work.• Developing and maintaining a detailed projects and tasks plan.• Managing project deliverable in line with the projects and tasks plan.• Recording and managing projects and tasks issues and escalating where necessary.• Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.• Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.• Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities.• Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.

Established required documents and comply it with ISO 9001 , OHSAS 18001 prepared IA plan and conducted it prepared for external audit
