• Reviewing, preparing, implementation and approval of Drawing, P & ID’s, Project QualityPlans, NDT Procedures, Painting Procedures, Method Statements, MRR (MaterialReceiving Reports), QCP, ITP, Qualifications of NDE Personals, Scope of Work, WPS, WQT,Calibration Certificates, Final QA/QC Dossier etc.• Review the Hydro test, Final Dossier, MCC, ECC Packages before submission to Client.• Inspection of Structural steel, Tanks, Piping (Super Duplex, duplex, SS, CS pipes), valves,flanges, as per fabrication drawings, Isometric drawings, instrument diagrams, PipingIsometric, structural, P&ID and GA.• Inspection/Witnessing of Material receiving, identification, fabrication, fit-up, welding,blasting, Painting inspections, Corrosion Protection & Installation, compliance to theapplicable standard and project specification.• Witnessing of Hydrostatic/ Pneumatic Test, pickling and passivation, pH test, Baroscopic,drying and leak test, fogging and reinstatement of the piping system, piping spools andpressure vessels, nitrogen leak test of reinforced pads.• Inspection all kind of welds and welding process SMAW, FCAW, SAW, GTAW, GMAW etc., asper AWS & ASME standards.• Preparing PWPS, conducting PQR and qualifying welders WPQT for the new requirement.• Witness & review of reports & interpretation of RT, UT, MPT, PT, PWHT reports and laboratorytesting PMI, Hardness, ferrite tests etc.• Monitoring / Inspection of Painting activity (checking of blasting profile, surface preparation,salt contamination levels and measuring of WFT and DFT , field joint paint touch-ups andcolour coding) as per Inspection & Test Plan stages for Pipes and Pipe fitting, Pressure Vessel,Steel Structure etc.• Inspection of stage-by-stage Static and rotatory equipment alignments & installation.• Inspection of Globe, Gate, Top entry, Side Entry Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, gasket colorcodes, pressure vessels, skids, etc.• Ensure that NCR is raised once the activities deviated

 Carrying out all required NDT inspection as per the established NDT project specifications and methods Dimensional analysis by using various measuring instruments and detailed inspection and documentation of the dimensional reports of the valve parts. Visual inspection of welded joint profile, surface finish and defects. Documentation of QC activities. Etc. Monitoring welding activities as per WPS. Radiographic film interpretation.  Checking weld joint preparation, fit up, alignment and dimensional inspection as per drawing. Handling construction drawings such as P&ID, Isometric, GAD, Equipment and Structural. Test packs review and documentation.  Handling international codes & standards. Review of approved WPS and PQR.  Interpretation of welding details and weld symbols.
