Responsibilities:Responsible for providing full life cycle recruiting, sourcing management and executive searchservices for various prestigious clients to include: CTS, Birlasoft, Hexaware, Analysts, TechMahindra and Infosys.Experience Working with direct clients: JPMC, BCBS, City Group and State clients.Effectively communicated with Managers to understand business requirements, providecandidate pipeline updates, and meet hiring deadlines.Responsible for handling different requirements from US based clients on daily basis.Posting the job ad on different job portals.Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the job description of the client throughInternal databases, group referrals, job portals like Dice, Monster, Carrier builder and Tech Fetch.Talking to the candidates and taking initial phone screening to understand their competencies &skill sets.Responsible to work on C2C, W2, 1099, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.Placing calls to prospective candidates that are qualified for open positions to identify candidate’savailability, skills match, experience, education, and interest.Confirming/negotiating hourly rate with employers and consultants to match company margingoals.Formatting resumes as per clients specifications before submission.Scheduled interviews with candidates as initiated by Customer and follow-up after interviews toreceive feedback of interview and commitment to accept position, when offered.Co-ordination with Customer and Employer from day one and constant monitoring till theconsultant is at the client place.Monthly/Weekly reports about the status of the candidates short-listed, selected, offered andlikely joiners.

Responsibilities:Understanding and learning the details of each job requisition and its requirements, project location, duration, etc.Understanding the priority of the requisitionCreating Boolean/search strings after receiving the job descriptions.Fetch/Source resumes from different job boards (Dice, Monster & Ladders Etc)Screening the resumes and qualifying for the required job.Develops Boolean search strings with tight parameters to ensure the right fit.Calling candidates and checking on the skills and negotiating/confirming rate.Identifying qualified technical candidates utilizing various sources – available employee consultants (on bench),resume database, employment web sites, referrals.Conducting preliminary technical interviews to assess technical skill level, as well as communication skills,location preferences, salary expectations, etc.Determines applicant requirements by studying job duties and job requirementsIdentify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases job postings, social media campaigns,networking, and phone calls.Negotiating pay rates with candidates in align with client requirements“Cold calling” consultant candidates to establish relationshipsBuilding and maintaining consultant candidate relationships.Format resumes for submissionStay in touch with candidates through the hiring process and facilitate candidate closingCoordinate candidate for phone and onsite interviewsContact and qualify candidates by email and phone
