Manage the activities for a separate zone both structural and finishes and to control and manage all the sub contractors . Need to liaise with planning as well as design team for the work schedule and for the work implementation. Also liaise with QC department to maintain the quality of works

Structural/Architecture finishes/Facade/Roof finish

• Execute the work at site as per Approved Drawings• Maintain the quality of work as per company policy• Assure adequate resources and materials to meet the dead line of completion of work• To ensure the implementation of safety Rules as per QHSE Satisfaction• Monitor the construction cost, minimizing the wastage, increase the efficiency and productivity without compromising on Deadlines, Quality and safety• Monitor and ensure the quality and progress of Subcontractors• Attend meeting with consultants and sub-contractors• Manage and provide day by day directions to Supervisors, foreman’s and sub-contractors Staff in matters relating to site work• Report to construction manager and also discuss matters relating to site work with Project manager and Construction Manager• Implement the required quality control measures for all works• Find any problems in the structural drawing which cant be worked out on field and report it to the Project Manager and to the Project Management Consultants

• Responsible for assisting the assigned project manager with the execution of projects in accordance with a valid, executed contract, per company policies and procedures and work instructions for customized and standardized plants. • Lead Project Teams and facilitate the communication and interaction amongst the functional representatives as delegated by the assigned project manager. • Assist the assigned project manager in tracking the project against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives. • Prepare periodic management and/or customer reports and presentations as assigned by the project manager. • Coordinate efficiently with clients and provide the Daily progress of the work• To prepare the Invoice and help the Senior Quantity Surveyor in Providing bills to the client for verification • Prepare requisitions for equipment and miscellaneous items as required. • Prepare and provide Bar Bending Schedule, Checklist , DPR & MPR ,Preworkapproval and Post work approval and get it approved by the consultants. • Responsible for the recording and monitoring the project costs including raising invoices, agreeing variations in scope of services and monitoring third party costs. • Responsible for ensuring that the project is managed in a safe and professional manner and is undertaken in compliance with all relevant Health and Safety legislation. • Find any in-appropriations in the structural drawing which cant be worked out on field and report it to the Project Manager and to the Project Management Consultants
