• Selling the range of vaccines to current and new customers (GP’s, Pharmacies and Hospitals)• Responding to incoming calls and emails from customers• Handling queries and complaints, providing solutions and follow up to ensure resolution on a timely basis and to the satisfaction of the customer• Analysing and interpreting customer account data to determine level of customer service and proactively identify future customer needs• Generating sales leads to be followed up by the Contact Centre or Field based sales teams as appropriate (EXPERIENCE- shadowing a Field based colleague across the West Midlands region)• Coordinating communication with all stakeholders across the business to ensure all business leads or interests are dealt with effectively and efficiently in a timely manner• Ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with the current ABPI Code of Practice where relevant

• Working with Sanofi as part of their Tier 2 team answering complex medical inquiries, passed on from Tier 1 team or escalated from Head Office• Responding to internal & external customer inquiries relating to client products and disease areas• Conducting literature searches to answer more complex inquiries, and presenting data to end user• Documenting adverse events and product complaints• Creating, updating, and withdrawing Local Standard Response Documents• Purchasing and supplying medical papers upon request

• Administration duties such as processing returns and refunds• Contributing to team effort by achieving related results• Aiding customers in their purchases on the shop floor, and serving them at the tills• Accepting delivery, bringing in the totes and booking it in• Processing delivery in the stockroom to be ready for shop floor to accept• Manage a team• Maintaining the shop floor to a high standard, ensuring stock is plentiful

• Working within a team to launch a brand-new product line• Creating social media content to be posted regularly on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & Twitter• Administration duties such as logging stock movement and answering customer enquiries• Approaching companies / Directors on social media platforms to gain sales• Creating new marketing campaigns on e-commerce and social media platforms• Liaising with the CEO and Directors regularly regarding progress on new projects• Managing, and replenishing, inventory on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and eBay
