Infra Dev Specialist
• Collaborate with Service and Project managers and other functional areas to build strategy• Agile scrum methodology project implementation system approach that relies on incremental development • Identify critical technical and program issues and solutions • Establish project plans with projections of resources• Manage within scope, schedule and budget constraints • Maintain relationships between Project/Service team and all critical functions• Planning and monitor activities to meet program goals • Provide primary Project interface and communication between internal and external functions• Work with functional managers to establish projections of resources and manpower • Provide input to functional managers for individual performance planning• Address problems related with automation accounts for IT • Deal with code issues in a timely and effective manner• Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns• Provide useful information regarding marketing automation• Communicate with other experts to identify problems and set up standard processes for automation
