Major Projects to Credit:• 132/13.8 kV Substation in Shagra• 132/13.8 kV Substation in Sultana (Riyadh)• 132/13.8 kV Substation in Suwaidi (Riyadh)• 132 kV Shunt Reactor 4 Sites (Riyadh)Key Responsibilities:• Steered multiple projects, reviewed designs/ drawings, prepared time/ cost estimates, evaluated the same against actual costs to check variations. Verified adherence of construction work, structural works to project plan, reported progress to senior management.• Planned and supervised entire work schedule to anticipate contract demands in terms of labour, materials, equipment and technical challenges in addition to handling material purchase/ delivery. Ensured that all rules, regulations and guidelines have been explicitly followed.• Coordinated closely with construction contractors/ sub-contractors to ensure quality and conformity with plans, client specifications and timely handover of villas to the utmost satisfaction of the client.• Monitoring, managing and directing the assigned projects resources to over-come “triple constraints”—project scope, time and cost. • Controlling project life-cycle, applying high-end project management concepts like CPM, material and human resource management to efficiently plan/organize site facilities and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:• Spearheading project managers to manage the techno-commercial aspects of projects encompassing delineating project scope, budgeting.• Analyzing project inception plan and creating a schematic layout in view of key quantifiable parameters encompassing - cost estimation, reviewing project constructability, sub-contracting requirements, scheduling, and project profitability.• Monitoring, managing and directing the assigned projects resources to over-come “triple constraints”—project scope, time and cost. • Controlling project life-cycle, applying high-end project management concepts like CPM, material and human resource management to efficiently plan/organize site facilities and meet deadlines.• Collecting metrics data (such as baseline, actual values for costs, schedule, work in progress, and work completed) and reporting project progress to General Manager, to take curative actions in case of variance.• Observing adherence to HSE measures, procedures, monitoring construction program and making recommendation in areas of slippage. Identifying bottlenecks, resolving problems and effecting project deliverables, in line with established standards
