Manage and execute on-going projects and delivery commitments, and develop strategies and roadmap.Manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering staff within an agile environment.Collaborate with the business and product teams to achieve Grab’s goals and growth. Ensure detailed project, implementation or actions plans are created for the duration of each project as appropriate.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the defined scope and budget and ensure availability of resources.Lead and coordinates building automation systems projects such as installation of BMS systems in a new facility; additions, expansions or extensions of existing building automation systems in collaboration with a project team, construction site operations and management.Develop assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project.Conducts pre-job planning meetings and documents meeting results, ensures all action items are completed. Develops and keeps current all project schedules. Ensures all schedules mesh with the master project schedule.Identify and develops policies and procedures for continuous aggressive improvement. Visit job sites or onsite offices, performs work inspections, checks job progress, and resolves project and contract issues.Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
