• Establish data architecture frameworks to enhance efficiency of ingestion, storage, processing, consumption and management of data from CIBC (on-prem and cloud) and SaaS data assets to deliver on Digital Banking data strategy • Lead Azure solution architecture using technologies such as Data Factory (ADF), Databricks and Active Directory (AD) in collaboration with technology, architecture and cybersecurity teams to improve Digital Analytics data infrastructure • Manage end-to-end delivery on digital analytics projects, overseeing data collection and analysis processes and integration of Adobe Analytics to provide insights across multiple Digital Banking assets (website, OLB, MB, native app)• Implement data governance policies on business managed applications (e.g. Adobe Analytics) and enforce data security and privacy measures to ensure data integrity, safeguard sensitive information and mitigate data-related risks

• Design and lead multiple framework builds on Azure Cloud including data migration and supporting data ingestion tools.• Support a team of over 20+ resources while working across multiple technologies and services like Data Factory (ADF), Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Databricks, Synapse and SQL Pools. • Design and manage security and governance strategies for data movement into the cloud.

• Lead enterprise analytics engagements by collaborating with multiple stakeholders to understand business challenges, design metrics, analyze data from EDW/EDL and develop and deploy BI dashboards and machine learning models• Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership by sourcing data from EDW/EDL and utilizing machine learning and data analytics techniques like data visualization, classification, clustering, predictive modeling and optimization• Manage project deliverables in requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment and documentation

• Gather and document requirements, extract, manipulate and analyze data from databases, prepare technical and functional documentation and execute test cases to deliver dynamic business intelligence solutions• Develop key relationships with clients through new product development and advisory on insights from analytics • Conduct ad hoc analyses for client data requests by gathering, transforming and analyzing data from databases

Working in the Domestic Transportation and Supply Chain department as a Business Analyst Intern. Responsibilities involve collecting forecast shipment data from various sources, performing analysis to develop operational strategies for the domestic transportation sector and making viable conclusions within the framework of the project. The findings are then presented to the leadership team to make further decisions to improve operational efficiency. The position also involves documenting all processes for the development of the training manuals based on the operational strategies devised.
