• Process and maintain personnel records and files by following upthe employees' credentials completion and developing personnelfiles for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filingsystem.• Sign Contract & Form 1 with new hire employee receiving theirhiring documents put them soft copy on system then hard copy byfiling.• Addition on SHM system with their code & create their fingerprint.• Send orientation mail to all the company.• Send to IT Department to create user & mail & sim card• Responsible on Social insurance Form 1 ,6 prepare their filesafter CEO sign on it to send it immediately.• Follow up on employees interruption to do the necessary action bysending official letters to them.• Contact with all managers to get Clearance form for the resigned employee to do the necessary with the other departments.• Manage the process of employee termination and suspension(resignations, end of contract...renewal ....etc.) employees.• Follow up on probation period for all employees.• Follow up on Performance appraisal every quarter to achieveorganization goal.• Responsible on keeping employees' hiring documents completed.• Update master data according to the organization chart.• Manage & update the employee’s files• Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such ashiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions, or assignments.• Send monthly report with the new hire and the replacementcontrolling the manpower.
