• Conduct security surveys for sites in order to highlight the weak points to provide the protection and assets safeguard.• Responsible for development of security plans according to work requirements• Supervision & management of hundreds of security guards in around 40 different sites• Professional in follow up and administrative tasks i.e. preparing letters, security reports, (MOMs) minutes of meetings and distributing tasks.• Conducting security sessions, workshops and training courses• Following up and coordination with all other parties on all levels either inside or outside RTA • Responsible for internal security coordination and with other governmental organizations as well i.e. Police and Civil Defense• Responsible for managing Enterprise Risk Management, Emergency and Crisis Team, Business Continuity Plans, and evacuation plans. • Responsible for managing and controlling the entry into the building• Responsible for manage and allocations parking for the staff and visitors• Involved in IDs office for issuing different cards either for staff or contractors• Responsible for evacuation plan for the main building and following up with Civil Defense and preparation for drills.• Responsible for resolving conflicts and problems that could occur either for staff or for customer

• Conducting security surveys to insure the security of the sites where vital events take place i.e. exhibitions, conferences and VIP residence locations• Accompanying VIP's to insure their security during their presence in the country• Drawing up programs for visiting high level dignitaries both from the UAE and overseas – involving but not limited to liaison with various government departments on both the federal and local level ( e.g. UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UAE Ministry of Interior and the Protocol Department of the Dubai Ruler’s Office)• Guarding vital buildings and facilities i.e. Consulates, Governmental Organizations, Dubai World Trade Center, etc.• Accompanying bank deliveries between central banks• Coordination, liaison and work as a point of contact of major events in Dubai such as:1. The Dubai Shopping Festival (1995 – 2007).2. The Dubai International Air Show (1995 – 2007).3. The Annual Meetings of the IMF and World Bank Group (2002 – 2003).4. Dubai Tennis Open ( 1997, 1998, 1999, 2001)5. Arab Strategy Forum 2004.6. Royal wedding of H.H Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan (2005).7. Exhibitions, conferences and other events in Dubai.• Applying executive and strategic plans and goals as per DGEP standards
