• Provide technical support to Windows/Linux users including but not limited to fix/upgrade/provision computers, users/computers account issues in AD, Networking, Printing, VPN, Exchange and IP phones;• Implement CMs, replace/configure faulty Network devices, deploy/decommission servers and migrate VMs, • Provision/troubleshoot/fix end user devices e.g Radios, Kindles, Scanners, Desktops and Laptops.

• Troubleshoot, identify the root cause, resolve and document FCO and DFID office and staff residences network issues,• Work with the ISP to troubleshoot and resolve MPLS L3 VNP issues,• Administer windows servers Exchange, DC, CA, DHCP, DNS, DFS,• Provision and troubleshoot IP phones, Jabber and users accounts related issues in CUCM/Unity/IM and Active Directory.

• Upgrade/virtualized and manage Windows 2003/2008 DC, DHCP, WDS, DFS, DNS and Print servers,• Configure/maintain the site-to-site VPN between the RedR HQ and field offices network,• Configure/troubleshoot the HQ and Field Offices sit-to-site VPN connection/traffic,• Ensure the scheduled backup is running on time and kept in the designated place according to the disaster recovery plan.• Maintain inventory of all hardware parts, software license and supplies;• Provides IT support to end users, ensure security updates are installed and Anti-virus are up-to-date,
