• Creating, reviewing, and revising ‘Supply Chain Strategy’ to support business objectives and establish a demand-driven, responsive, and agile supply chain.• Manage and develop Supply chain annual budget (Raw material, manpower, M/C, transportation cost, supplier improvement ... etc.) • Identify and mitigate short/medium-term risks that can affect customer service levels, production efficiency, and stock levels.• Manage the Demand Planning process to create reliable forecasts, improve forecasts' accuracy, and develop a consensus base demand plan.• Facilitating periodic Demand Management reviews, communicating with the extended supply chain, and establishing systems for visibility and control of the supply network.• Organizing and leading business-driven S&OP monthly cycles to balance demand and supply.• Conduct Capability Analysis and Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) to assess capacity availability to ensure the demand volumes are achievable and advise investment of new resources if required.• Manage the development of short-term production schedules as well as material requirements plans using MRP to ensure timely and optimal material flow from procurement to inventory.• Manage the Medium-Term Supply Planning and sourcing decisions to coordinate material flow across the procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and transportation supply chain functions.• Plan and control inventory levels to match demand and supply, and to reduce inventory levels and stock days on hand targets while maintaining required order fulfillment times and customer service levels.• work with finance and other teams to control the annual budget.• train, inspire, and involve my team to extract better ideas for the business from them.
