• Operation& troubleshooting of Gas Turbine GE Frame (8*240 MW Frame 9FA Gas Turbine) • Operation& troubleshooting of Steam Turbine GE C7 (4*260 MW) • Operation & troubleshooting of HRSG (CMI 310T/HR*8) • Troubleshoot operational problems and initiate service requests with Maximo • Ensure the plant and associated equipment is operated in compliance with applicable regulations. • Exercise sound judgment and take timely actions as needed to ensure personnel safety, to remain in compliance with regulations and to prevent equipment damage. • Perform other duties related to operations including assisting with maintenance planning and coordination, training of operators, investigating loss events, and developing and reviewing procedures. • Development of short and long term operation strategy for the plant and the development of a capable shift engineer and operator team to support that strategy. • Day to day plant operation, safely and efficiently, according to good utility practice, dispatch instructions, the company rules and procedures. • Ensure that plant meets safety, availability, reliability, efficiency, generation and budget targets.• Follow up all operation progress • Coordinate with all maintenance department• Coordinate with ministry of electricity • Follow up the weekly equipment inspections and operation.• Follow up the daily report and event report and technical report

• Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Al_Rumaila Power plant (6*170 MW)(Siemens gas turbine) via Operations team of about 6 professional, craft and non-craft personnel. • Responsible for 7 diameter A.I.S substation • Prepares Daily Operations Report and send it to the all stakeholders. • Takes appropriate action when necessary to ensure compliance of safety, efficiency, environmental and administrative guidelines. • Identifies problems with plant equipment and clearly communicates the condition associated with these problems to the plant maintenance Team. • Ensure that plant meets safety, availability, reliability, efficiency, generation and budget targets.• Follow up all operation progress • Coordinate with all maintenance department• Coordinate with ministry of electricity • Follow up the weekly equipment inspections and operation.• Follow up the daily report and event report and technical report • Follow up the operation team to make sure all person and units work safely
